What this shop asks you for, why it needs it, and what happens to it.

What is collected

To deliver an order the shop needs a name, a phone number, a delivery address, and the pieces you chose. Anything you write in the note field is stored with the order as well.

You are not asked to create an account and you are not asked for a password, an email address, a date of birth or an identity document. No card or bank details are ever collected here, because payment happens in cash on delivery.

What it is used for

Your details are used to prepare the order, to deliver it, to contact you about it, and to handle a return or exchange if you ask for one. They are not sold, and they are not passed to anyone who is not part of getting your order to you.

The courier delivering your order is given what a courier needs: your name, your address and your phone number.

Your bag

The bag is kept in your own browser until you place an order, so the shop cannot see it and it does not follow you to another device. Clearing your browser's data clears the bag.

Asking about your data

You can ask the shop what it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by messaging with your order reference. Orders that have already been delivered may be kept for the shop's own records and to handle a later return.
