Terms
The plain terms your order is placed under.
Placing an order
Placing an order is a request to buy, and the shop confirms it. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, the shop will tell you and that piece is not charged.
You will be given an order reference beginning PB-. Keep it: it is how you ask about the order later, and it is what a return starts from.
Prices and payment
Prices and the delivery charge are the ones shown in your bag and on the checkout when you confirm the order. Nothing this page or your browser calculates is the price — the total is the shop's.
Payment is in cash on delivery. Nothing is taken when you place the order.
Changing or cancelling
If you need to change or cancel an order, message the shop with your reference as soon as you can. An order that has already been handed to a courier is handled as a return instead.
Photographs and availability
The shop takes care to show pieces accurately, though colours can look different between screens. Availability shown while you browse is not a reservation; a piece is only held once your order is confirmed.
