How your order reaches you, what it costs, and when to expect it.
How orders are sent
Every order is prepared by the shop and handed to a courier for delivery to the address you gave at checkout. You do not need an account, and there is nothing to print.
If we need to reach you about the delivery, we use the phone number on the order — so it is worth checking it before you place the order.
Delivery charge
The delivery charge is shown in your bag and again on the checkout before you confirm anything. It is calculated by the shop, not by this page, so what you see in the bag is what applies to your order.
Some orders qualify for free delivery. When yours does, the bag says Free instead of an amount.
When it arrives
Orders are prepared in the order they arrive. The shop will contact you to arrange delivery, and you can follow the stage your order has reached at any time from the Track your order page using the reference you were given.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or arrives damaged, message the shop with your order reference and it will be sorted out.
